The eDA application manages the complete driver agenda and is a valuable assistant for fleet managers. It monitors the expiry of driving licences, medical examinations and driver training. Well in advance, it sends notification e-mails to individual drivers and/or managers explaining what needs to be done and where to go, and can even provide the current medical fitness assessment form. Fleet-management and HR staff then receive weekly summaries showing which drivers are approaching an expiry date and which documents or qualifications have already been renewed.
The database is updated regularly. Authorised users have access to eDA and all relevant information 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through their personal login.
eDA also enables you to
- view evaluation reports for each individual driver from all training sessions and driving courses
- generate certificates of participation in individual advanced-training courses
- view and print attendance sheets, including participant signatures, from Dopravní akademie courses
- for driver audits, view the conclusion from the interview with the traffic psychologist that forms part of the audit

Access to the eDA application is free of charge.
If the expiry-monitoring service is activated, the price depends on the number of drivers and ranges between CZK 3–20 per driver/month (the minimum annual charge is CZK 2,500).
